WHAT'S NEW in QuickTalk 3.0

Application and stylesheets have been rebuild to implement HTML5, CSS3 and to support responsive layout.
- jQuery upgraded (1.8.3)
- Use of Content Delivery Network (CDN) to increase java performance, with local fallback when disconnected.
- Module map upgraded (API 3)
- Registration/login supports Active Directory service (see LDAP module)
