1.4. Welcome message
The main guestbook page displays a welcome message above the messages. If your application allows several languages, it's recommended to create a welcome text in each language. You can proceed as follow:
This text is stored in the file /language/english/ qtg_welcome.txt (also in other languages subdirectories). Download and edit theses texts with a simple text editor (like notepad).
When the file qtg_welcome.txt is missing, the application will simply show "Welcome" (in each languages).
About accent characters or symbols
You can use accent characters or other specials symbol characters. The board support also html symbol codes (like &#nnnn;). It's not mandatory - but a good practice - to use these html codes. This allows users having navigator with different character settings to continue viewing the symbols or accent characters you have defined.
